Get your Virtual Identity
First you'll need a Network ID (NetID) and password. New students are provided with a NetID and one-time password automatically. If you do not know your NetID, click here. -
Get your Physical ID
Once you have your NetID, you can obtain a physical ID Card from Card Services. Physical cards can be used for resetting your password, library services, accessing buildings, Jaybucks, or identification. If you are upgrading your current card for physical access, click here. -
Reset your Default Password
A default password for our community domain called BLUE has been set for you. You should change it to something you can remember. Don't wait, do it now! -
Get Logged In
With your NetID you can access several systems using your BLUE account which is your NetID and BLUE password. -
Get Connected
Learn about wireless in residence halls, and across campus, plus additional information about Creighton's network. CU Wireless is the main wireless network for students. You can connect by using your netID and password. -
Get Your Email
With your NetID and BLUE password, you can access your email through Office 365. All Office 365 email is protected with Defender spam filtering. You can also subscribe to your favorite campus mailing lists. -
Visit the N.E.S.T.
Nearly Every Student Transaction is completed on NEST. NEST is a student self-service web site that allows you to handle activities such as registering for classes or paying bills online. Learn more about the activities you can do online using NEST. -
Office 365
Office 365 lets your access your Creighton email, calendar, address book, and tasks on any computer with a web browser or a desktop client. You also have access to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. This is free of charge to Creighton students and faculty and staff! -
Get Help When You Need It
The myIT Service Desk is just a phone call away (402-280-1111 or 800-329-1011). They can help with your IT problems, but you can also find additional help resources online at myit.creighton.edu or on this website. -
Update your Contact Information
Get a primer on the account management interface, AMI, where you can update your personal information, monitor your mailbox size, etc. -
Get the Right Computer
Buying a computer to bring to campus? Got one already? Here are the minimum specifications, purchasing options, and a list of unsupported devices. Apple products are available at the student run iJay store located in the Harper Center. -
Practice Safe Computing
Protect your computer with the latest patches, updates, and safe computing practices. Creighton offers antivirus tools and other utilities to help out. We also provide email filtering for spam and viruses. -
CUAlert
CUAlert is our multi-channel communication system designed to keep you informed of any emergency or crisis situation that disrupts our normal operations or threatens the health or safety of our community members. -
Access Your Course Materials Online
BlueLine is Creighton's official Learning Management System (LMS), powered by Canvas. It is a feature-rich LMS for both online and onsite courses and groups, with an easy-to-use interface. -
Check out Computer Labs & Printing
Creighton's computer labs are scattered across campus and are available for student use. They include Student Printing facilities if you need them for your printing needs. -
