Service Desk

Dedicated support for Creighton students, faculty and staff is available from the Service Desk.  Located on the Reinert Library lower level, Room L04, the Service Desk provides walk-up and phone assistance with connecting to Creighton University services such as Office 365, CUWireless, and is your first stop for general IT support for your laptop, mobile device, and gaming console. We support Windows and Macintosh operating systems and desktop applications listed on the Supported Software Web page. We also support services that the Office of Information Technologies provides or is responsible for, such as Office 365, BlueLine, CUWireless, VPN, Banner, and Printing.  The Service Desk also has satellite locations in the iJay in Harper and Criss Complex III, Room 458.

Academic Support & Computer Labs

The Division supports faculty by promoting teaching and learning excellence and by providing enterprise level instructional technologies.  We offer workshops, online resources, consultations, learning technologies, and more. The Learning Environments group provides immediate on site help to faculty in classrooms. In addition, the group designs, installs, and supports the hardware in university classrooms.

Administrative Systems

The Enterprise Applications team coordinates the standardization and integration of Creighton University IT applications. It also enhances the quality and integrity of this data and develops the infrastructure necessary to enhance access to this information across campus. These are collaborative efforts between Advance/SmartCall, Banner, and System Administrations teams. Enterprise Applications consists of strategies, standards, policies, procedures, models, and a centralized data repository that recognize institutional data as a valuable asset, which serves cross-departmental campus functions.

Internet - Wireless & Network Connectivity

Creighton's Learning Network is powered, in part, by the connections between all parts of the community. Many of those connections travel over the physical wires and the wireless networks maintained and overseen by the Division.
