The Division provides a single point of contact for all IT related questions, incidents, and requests. The Service Desk provides a highly accessible, quality, and consistent support for campus.
The Division provides Creighton University with administrative applications and services for the implementation, enhancement and operational support of enterprise administrative systems at Creighton University, such as SunGard Advance, Human Resources and Payroll.
The Division provides a variety of database management services, including database support and maintenance, security upgrades, backup and recovery, change management and performance monitoring. Supported systems include Oracle, SQLServer and Sybase.
The Division provides several services related to IT infrastructure to meet the changing needs of campus computing. SAN Disk storage and TDP database backups. We also offers Active Directory services to the Creighton community.
