November 28, 2016 2:37 PM - The vendor has transitioned the service to read-only mode. Users now have access to their sites but they are unable to make or save changes. The vendor is currently analyzing system logs to determine the source of the issue.
November 28, 2016 3:15 PM - The vendor has confirmed that service availability has returned to expected levels. They are transitioning the service back to read-write mode to fully restore service.
