Customer Service and Support provides a single point of contact to DoIT services for CU Faculty and Staff. The Service Desk assists Faculty and Staff with computing questions and problems as well as escalating unresolved problems to appropriate DoIT staff.
The Faculty/Staff Service Desk is located on the lower level of the Reinert Alumni Memorial Library.

To report a large outage with the network or a business critical application after hours (5PM - 8AM), please contact 402-280-1111, or 800-329-1011, option 4. Some applications are supported 24/7, others 14/7 and some only 8/5.
